Real Changes is part of Real Projects UK, a non-for profit organisation in the East Midlands. Serving the community, helping mentor Youth, (PEI) Prevention & Early Intervention, resettle & reform Ex-Prisoners, Recovery Work for Substance Misusers (Alcohol & Drugs), and Addiction (all forms) Counselling.
The charity offers a wide range of Community services, tailored to individual needs. We provide a holistic service for all, BAME in particular, which helps individuals, particularly those that do not want to be speak to/deal or dealt with by the authorities.
This allows disadvantaged communities re-engage with society, build trust, improve quality of life and be seen without being discriminated.
Through its provisions, Real Changes seeks to address issues impacting the community including anti-social behaviour, racism, , criminality, gang related violence, substance misuse, unemployment and lack of training and employment opportunities. It also places strong emphasis on the health and social welfare of the community/individuals.
Real Changes works with ordinary people helping them realise and do extraordinary things.
Vision
Helping public within the services to find their feet, change ways and reform character, no matter what the story is as we DON’T JUDGE NOR DISCRIMINATE!
